Young professionals with little or no experience can become a part of ISsoft after completing corporate training. It usually takes from two to three months, depending on the chosen discipline. We teach Java, .NET, C++, front-end and mobile developers, data engineers and DevOps professionals, manual QA and automation QA, business analysts and UX designers.

Key features of studying in ISsoft Training Center:

  1. Personal schedule. An individual program is organized for each student. The course starts on the day when you are ready to start. You don’t need to wait for months until a group of students is formed. University students are allowed to have a shortened study day – six hours instead of eight.
  2. Practical approach. Our courses provide practical skills and knowledge, which are used on real projects in our company. After completing a course, students can join ISsoft team.
  3. Personal teacher-mentor. An experienced teacher works with every student individually: creates a training program and explains theory, gives and reviews tasks, explains and corrects the mistakes.

ISsoft Training Center is not just for beginners. Professional growth and development is key to IT specialists’ success. In ISsoft we have developed a continuous learning system, allowing our employees to combine work with studies. Throughout the year, Training Center organizes dozens of lectures and training for all interested employees on the most trending topics.

To systemize our employees’ knowledge and skills Training Center organizes full-fledged courses consisting of theoretical and practical parts.

Our employees can take a special individual course at ISsoft Training Center if they would like to broaden their horizons by learning a new programming language or technology.

Videos of every group training and lecture are available to all of our employees.

During summer break ISsoft Training Center organizes a summer school for employees’ children. Teenagers aged 12-16 can attend theoretical and practical classes on the fundamentals of computer science, programming languages and technologies.


To share knowledge and discuss technological trends, we regularly organize numerous meet-ups. Any ISsoft employee can prepare a talk and participate in the discussion of a topic they are interested in. Every year several dozens of meet-ups on different topics are conducted: back-end and front-end technologies, databases, new frameworks and versions of popular programming languages, QA automation tools and much more.

In addition to technological meet-ups, we also organize meet-ups for professional development in various fields. First of all, ISsoft employees share their expertise in healthcare and finance industry domains, wearable devices and Internet of Things. Many participants organize meet-ups that focus on the nuances of working in a multicultural environment, interaction with clients, building an effective team. Authors of talks can take courses on public speaking, formatting presentations and communication with the audience.

ISsoft Insights Conference

Every year ISsoft gathers more than 350 participants on an open technological conference ISsoft Insights in Minsk, Belarus. We share our knowledge, which we have gathered over the 17 years of successful work in the area of software development. Our talks are based on practical experience of using various technologies in both production and R&D projects of our company. Usually, a conference consists of about 20 talks by ISsoft’s leading professionals, divided into separate tracks. In addition to that there is a stream of workshops for those who not only want to gain new knowledge but also would like to instantly put it into practice.
